Multiple-entry visa

Transit visa
The transit visa is an entry permit that allows travelers to travel through Tanzania on their way to another location. The maximum stay is seven days.
The following documents must be included with the transit visa application:
- a valid passport
- an entry visa to the next destination country (if necessary)
- an onward ticket.
Student visa
Foreign research students, interns, volunteers, exchange students, and prospective students who have been accepted to accredited institutions in Tanzania may apply for a student visa.
