Hajj Policy 2023 Announced by Government of Pakistan
- Hajj applications are open online from May 1 to May 13
- Applications can be sent via banks from May 3 to May 13
- All applicants will pay Rs. 50,000 in advance as token money
- Remaining payment will be required as soon as the complete Hajj policy is finalized
- Only those under 65 years of age can apply
- Expected cost of Hajj for this year can range from 7 Lakh to 1 million rupees
- Covid vaccine with a booster dose is essential.
- The total Hajj quota is 81,132, of which 40% will be provided through the government program and the remaining 60% through private Hajj operators.
Hajj Visa Requirements for Pilgrimage:
The person must have a visa valid for at least another 6 months that can be used both to enter Saudi Arabia and to travel to the following destination: The passport must also have at least two blank visa pages next to each other.

WHERE CAN PILGRIMS SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A HAJJ VISA?
The initial application can be obtained from the Saudi embassy in your city. However, you should hire a certified tour operator to arrange your visa as well as your travel and accommodation as well as anything else you may need to perform Hajj. New Hajj packages have been discounted for 2023. This new package includes all amenities for your stay in Makah and Madinah. There are different packages for Hajj in Pakistan. According to the Government of Pakistan, the ticket price for Hajj is PKE 490,000. Hajj 2023 in Pakistan will begin on Thursday evening, July 7.

- Candidates 70 (70+) years old Must be assisted by a male assistant.
