Tourist visa

You must apply for a tourist visa if you want to enter Singapore for any tourism-related purposes. People with this sort of Singapore visa are permitted to visit the city-state for up to 30 days for vacations, family visits, or religious purposes.

As it is a self-sponsored visa, an individual may submit an application without the support of a business. It offers a lot of freedom because you can work for multiple employers without having to apply for a new visa.

The three-year validity of this Singapore work visa is fixed; it cannot be extended. In Singapore, you are not permitted to start your own business or be unemployed for longer than six months.

S Pass

Workers from mid-level skilled industries like chemicals, electronics, aerospace engineering, marine, pharmaceuticals, and others can earn the S Pass.

An applicant must have a minimum of three years of experience, a tertiary education, or a trade certificate in order to qualify. They also need to be sponsored by a Singapore-registered company with an applicable S-Pass quota and earn at least $2,200 per month.

Regardless of the type of visa you select, you still require a Singapore Arrival Card. Everyone wishing to enter Singapore must have it.

A further precaution due to COVID-19 pandemics was established with the SG Arrival Card, an online health declaration.

You may complete the application procedure from the convenience of your home because it is fully online. It can be finished in a very easy manner:

  • fill out the form (you need to enter some personal, passport, travel, and health information);
  • cover the processing fee;
  • wait for the SG Arrival Card to be sent to your email address.

This document must remain current because it is digitally linked to the applicant's passport.
