Japan e-Visa: Basic information
How to submit a successful online Japan visa application?
- Fill the application form:Begin by clicking on the “Login” button, which can be found in the menu on the right side of the screen.If you haven’t registered yet, please register yourself first. After registering, proceed to login to the panel.Once you are logged in, navigate to the menu on the left side of the panel.Select the “Visa Application Form” option from the menu.Fill out this form with the required information. Provide the necessary data, such as your name, surname, birth date, email address, and passport details.
- Cover the Japan eVisa fee: choose the most convenient method of online payment to cover the fees. Next, check if you have received a confirmation number at your email address.
- Wait for the approved electronic Japan visa to arrive to your email box in PDF form.
Any traveler wishing to cross the Japanese border must carry the following documents upon arrival:
- a valid passport that will not expire for a minimum of 6 months from the planned date of entering Japan
- a valid eVisa

Required documents for e-Visa
The eVisa is a short-term entry permit that allows staying in Japan for all tourism-related purposes.
For your online visa application to be successful, ensure you have the following:
- a valid passport for at least 6 months from the planned date of travel to Japan

Important Information
- Each traveler must apply for a separate Japan e-Visa
- The eVisa is not a work permit; you cannot engage in any paid work while in Japan
- All applicants for a Japan visa online must have a valid passport that has not expired for at least 6 months from the intended date of travel.
- Requests for all minor travelers must be made by their parent or guardian
- If you change the data in your passport, lose this document or if it expires, your eVisa will be invalid
- ensure there are no errors in your eVisa application when filling out the form to avoid delays in the approval process
