Required documents for e-Visa
- Valid passport that will not expire within the next 6 months from the expected date of entry into Armenia
- Recent photo of candidate (face photo can be taken with phone or PC camera)
- Air ticket.
- Hotel reservation.
- Resident permit or multiple visa issued by the listed countries.
- Invitation.
- Medical/travel insurance.
- Proof of sufficient funds.
Important Information
- Armenia e-visa is a single-entry visa for a stay of 21 days or 120 days
- The applicant's travel document, i.e. passport, must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Armenia.
- A transit visa is not required if your stay does not exceed 48 hours
- Entry into Armenia must take place through one of the listed entry points that accept e-visas
- The e-visa of the Republic of Armenia can be extended for a maximum of 60 days at the Passport and Visa Department of the Armenian Police Office.
How Much Does the Armenia e-Visa Cost?
You can choose between a short-term and long-term e-Visa. You will have to make the payment online, as your visa won’t process until you have finished this step.
The visa fees are as follows:
Short-term (21 days) | $6 |
Long-term (120 days) | $30 |
The fee is non-refundable.

The processing time for an Armenian e-Visa is 3 working days.
Can I Obtain an Armenia Visa on Arrival at Any Border Checkpoint?
No, you cannot. The only border-crossing checkpoints that can issue an Armenian visa on arrival are:
- Ayrum Railway Station.
- Bavra.
- Bagratashen.
- Gogavan.
- land borders with the Republic of Georgia.
- Zvartnots International Airport.
- The Meghri land border with Iran.
