Vietnam Entry and Travel Requirements
Entry requirements into Vietnam are a set of rules that anyone coming to Vietnam must follow to be able to easily enter Vietnam. These requirements also stipulate all the documents that tourists wishing to travel to Vietnam must prepare before their planned trip.

Qualified travelers from approximately 80 different countries can benefit from applying for an electronic visa. Testing, Vaccination, and Quarantine Requirements
Request an inspection
Since May 15, 2022, visitors to Vietnam no longer need to provide a negative Covid-19 test to enter the country. Quarantine required
Quarantine requirements have been lifted in Vietnam. However, the Ministry of Health requires all immigrants to self-monitor their health within 10 days of entering Vietnam. In case of symptoms of Covid-19 such as fever, cough, runny nose, fatigue, loss of smell... you should immediately report to the nearest medical facility for further instructions.
Traveling from Vietnam
There are no specific exit conditions that a person must meet to leave Vietnam. However, remember to check with your airline about boarding conditions on flights as well as regulations that apply during the flight. You may be required to submit a valid Covid-19 test result to be allowed on the plane and to wear a mask throughout the flight. Traveling to Vietnam
The plan to fully reopen Vietnam (by June 2022) was announced in October 2021. Vietnam's immigration policy allows citizens of 7 different countries to visit Vietnam without a visa. Citizens of the following countries can come to Vietnam as long as they have a valid passport:

Electronic visa to Vietnam
Since 2017, visitors from some countries can take advantage of the electronic visa system to apply for an eVisa to Vietnam. This system allows you to apply for a Vietnam visa completely online without having to go directly to the embassy or handle piles of paperwork.
Currently, citizens of more than 80 different countries and territories can apply for Vietnam visa online. Vietnam e-visa is issued as a single-entry visa and allows the holder to stay in Vietnam for up to 30 days. Tourists can use electronic visas for tourism, business or leisure purposes.
Embassy or consulate visa in Vietnam
Visitors from more than 150 countries must apply for a Vietnam visa from an embassy or other diplomatic agency. It applies to any reason for travel, including short-term trips.
