- If you haven’t registered yet, please register yourself first.
- After registering, proceed to log in to the panel.
- Once you are logged in, navigate to the menu on the left side of the panel.
- Select the “Visa Application Form” option from the menu.
- Fill out this form with the required information.
- Finally, submit the completed form.

Required documents for e-Visa
To apply for an e-Visa to Ukraine, you must bring the following documents:
- Your passport. It must be valid for at least 6 months after you intend to travel.
- Scanned copy of your passport biography page.
- A picture. The photo must be passport size and must clearly show your face. Format must be JPEG.
- Health insurance contract (covers €30,000 or equivalent amount in another currency)
- Proof of sufficient funds. You must be able to demonstrate that you have sufficient financial resources to cover your expenses while in Ukraine. This can take the form:

If you are applying for a Business e-Visa, you must submit the following documents:
- Invitation or business letter provided by a company, organization, etc.
- Letter from your employer or sponsor, confirming that your expenses will be covered.
If you are applying for an Education e-Visa, you must submit the following supporting documents:
- Invitation letter from an educational institution in Ukraine (this is required).
- Official bank documents confirming that tuition fees have been paid
- Legal certification of all school records
- Medical health certificate
If you are applying for a Family e-Visa, you must submit the following supporting documents:
- Copy of your family member's passport
- Copy of your family member's residence permit (if they are a Ukrainian citizen).
- Other documents may include: Marriage certificate of spouse or birth certificate in case of visa application for children.
If you are applying for a Medical e-Visa, you must submit the following supporting documents:
- Medical history and patient records
- Letter of acceptance from the medical center where you will be treated in Ukraine
- Letter of recommendation from a doctor/medical organization in your country.
Remember: Documents must be submitted in English.

Unless you are a citizen of any country that can visit Ukraine without a visa for a certain period of time, you must have an electronic entry permit for the travel. Check your eligibility before starting the online application process.
Some countries do not need a visa to enter Ukraine, e.g., the EU countries. However, if you are not a citizen of any of these, you must have an appropriate entry permit to cross the Ukraine border. As soon as you’re done filling the online visa application form, choose a preferred method of online payment. Cover the Ukrainian e-Visa fees using your credit or debit card, via PayPal, or by any other method.
Every traveler must attach a few documents to their online visa application. Please prepare your passport, the applicant’s face photo, proof of having sufficient funds for the trip and a 30 000 EUR minimum health insurance coverage, and any document that proves the purposes of your travel to Ukraine.
To submit an online visa application go through a quick and intuitive 3-step process. Choose the purpose of your travel and start filling the application form with some basic personal and travel details. Cover the Ukrainian e-Visa fees and wait for the entry permit to arrive at your email box!
The electronic visa to Ukraine is delivered to each applicant via email. After submitting the online visa application form, you will receive the PDF version of the single-entry permit. The Ukrainian e-Visa processing time may take up to 10 business days; thus, make sure to apply in advance of your trip.
Once you obtain the Ukraine visa online, make sure to print it out. The customs officials will check if all travelers have either a valid electronic tourist visa or a business entry permit. Moreover, please prepare your passport as well and check if it has a 6-month validity before crossing the border.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs introduced the e-Visa system in 2018 and allowed all travelers to stay in the country for up to 30 days. The electronic visa enables travel for tourism, business, and transit purposes.
The online Ukraine visa stays valid for 30 days (one month) from the date of arrival to the country. To not lose the electronic entry permit validity, make sure that your passport will not expire for at least 6 months from the date of entering Ukraine!
Since 2019, there is no possibility of obtaining a Ukraine visa on arrival. Submit the online visa application form at least 10 business days ahead of the planned travel to receive the entry permit on time.

Ukraine e-Visa applications are usually processed within nine (9) working days.
It is recommended that you apply at least three working days before the intended travel date and not earlier than three months. Remember that although e-Visa applications are processed within a few working days, some applications may take longer in case your application requires additional documentation or longer time to process for different reasons.
If your e-Visa to Ukraine has been denied, you can submit a new Ukraine e-Visa application. You can as well appeal the decision by sending a formal appeal letter to the following email address: evisa@mfa.gov.ua. However, you must do so within two months of receiving the decision. If your letter of appeal is granted, you can edit your application form and re-submit it. You can do this by logging into your e-Visa account and editing your application form. You do not have to pay the consular fee again.
