Can families/groups fill one collective form?

The Spanish government allows people who want to come to Spain in groups to fill out a collective application form.
Each person included in the form will receive an individual QR code, which must be presented upon arrival in Spain.
 
A family/group must meet several conditions to complete the group form:
  • must have one person responsible for the family/group
  • the group/family must travel to Spain together; therefore, having the same flight number/traveling on the same ship, as well as the same arrival date
  • families/groups must have the same country of origin

Covid-19/vaccination requirements in Spain

Currently, the only requirement Spain imposes on visitors is that anyone arriving from a high-risk country must provide one of the following documents:
  • negative Covid-19 test (PCR can be performed within 72 hours)
  • travel or antigen test carried out within 48 hours of arrival in Spain)
  • EU digital certificates proving full vaccination/or replacement products from third countries (with Spanish, English, French or German)
  • valid proof of rehabilitation
 
Children under 12 are exempt from this obligation.

The Spanish Government updates the list of high-risk countries every seven days. Thus, it's essential to check the current list a few days before the planned trip.
