Portugal Passenger Locator Form, PLF

Do take note! Portugal no longer requires the Passenger Locator Form for visitors. The Passenger Locator Form no longer has to be completed before to departure due to changes to the appropriate Covid-19 entry regulations.

Covid-19 entry requirements in Portugal
