Kenya e-Visa: Basic information

Once you’re ready to start your application, Begin by clicking on the “Login” button, which can be found in the menu on the right side of the screen.
If you haven’t registered yet, please register yourself first. After registering, proceed to log in to the panel.
Once you are logged in, navigate to the menu on the left side of the panel.
Select the “Visa Application Form” option from the menu.Next, follow these simple steps:
- Fill the application form: provide your data and travel information. Make sure everything is correct and upload the supporting documents.
- Cover the fees using the most convenient to you method of online payment and receive a confirmation number at your email address.
- The approved online visa to Kenya will be delivered directly to your email box in PDF form!
According to entry requirements into the Republic of Kenya, you must carry the following documents when crossing the border:
– a valid passport
– a printed Kenya eVisa

Required documents for e-Visa
You must attach the following supporting documents to your online visa application:
East Africa Tourist Visa
Citizens of the eligible countries must provide:
- a digital photograph of the applicant's passport data page
- photo of the candidate's face (digital) - can be taken with a phone camera or PC
- book hotel room
- A round-trip ticket
Business eVisa
To apply for the online business visa to Kenya, please prepare:
- a digital photograph of the applicant's passport data page
- photo of applicant's face (digital):
- can be captured with a phone or PC camera
- a copy of your business registration certificate
- Employee ID of the inviter or representative
- Kenyan ID card of the inviting person or representative
- Passport information page of the inviter or representative
- Immigration status page on the inviter's or representative's passport
Transit eVisa
To transit through Kenya with an online visa, you must attach the following documents:
- a digital photograph of the applicant's passport data page
- a photo of the applicant's face:
- can be captured with a phone or PC camera
- book hotel room
- A round-trip ticket
- tickets continue
For Family Visits
- Invitation letters from family.
- Identity card / Passport / Alien card / Entry permit of the host.

Important Information
- Not all travelers under 16 years of age are required to have an eVisa to enter Kenya.
- However, a valid
- passport is still required.
- It is possible to renew your Kenya visa online while your trip is still underway.
- Applicants will be charged for additional days beyond the first 90 days of validity.
- All applicants wishing to enter Kenya must have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their intended date of arrival.
- Any changes to your passport or loss of this document will result in the eVisa being invalidated.
- It is possible to extend your stay upon arrival in Kenya, but fees will apply for subsequent days.
- eVisa holders cannot undertake employment in Kenya; Online visas are only valid for business, transport or tourism purposes.
- It is possible to enter Kenya through a port other than the designated port but that port must be on the list of ports accepting e-visas!
