Children must have their own health monitoring form to enter Kenya. Parents or legal guardians of minor travelers must ensure that all data provided in their child’s registration form is accurate. Parents cannot include their children on their own forms.

A unique QR code is issued and sent to each traveler who applies for a Kenya Travel Health Certificate online. This code will reach each traveler via email and must be printed before entering Kenya.
