Indonesia e-visa is currently issued as a single-entry visa for the following purposes:
- tourism: visit Indonesia to participate in all entertainment related activities such as sightseeing, vacation, family or friends reunion.
- business: visiting Indonesia for various business activities, for example contract negotiations, business meetings, conferences, searching for potential business partners, excluding employment purposes.
Indonesian e-visa holders are only allowed to enter the country once and stay for a maximum of 60 days within the entire 3-month validity period.
Travelers planning to visit Indonesia or Bali for purposes not covered by an Indonesian e-visa, including long-term employment, should contact the nearest Indonesian diplomatic mission to apply for the appropriate visa or permit.

Begin by clicking on the “Login” button, which can be found in the menu on the right side of the screen.
If you haven’t registered yet, please register yourself first. After registering, proceed to log in to the panel.
Once you are logged in, navigate to the menu on the left side of the panel.
Select the “Visa Application Form” option from the menu.
Fill out this form with the required information.
An applicant must only follow three simple steps, which go as follows:
- Fill out the online form: Enter all the required information, including name, surname, address, birth date, contact details, passport data, etc. Next, upload the necessary supporting documents.

The validity period of the Indonesia e-Visa, as well as the permitted period of stay, is the same whether you apply for a tourist or business e-Visa. Both types of visas are issued for 3 months (90 days) and their holders can stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 60 days.
The Indonesia e-visa is a single-entry visa and allows you to enter the country only once. If you want to return to your home country, you will need to apply for a new e-Visa.
Important:
Do not extend your visa term without the appropriate authority. Otherwise, you risk being fined, refused to leave the country or even jailed.
You do not need a visa to transit through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport as long as your transit time does not exceed 24 hours or 8 hours when transiting through other Indonesian airports.
If you are a citizen of a non-visa exempt country and will be traveling through Ngurah Rai International Airport, you will need a transit visa.
Additionally, if you plan to change terminals at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, you will also need a visa.
To gain entry to Indonesia, travelers will need to prepare and present the following documents during border control:
- a printed copy of their approved visa
- a valid passport (the same one used for their e-Visa application)
Please note! Your passport must remain valid for a minimum of 6 months from your planned arrival date in Indonesia.
