ETIAS - European Travel Information and Authorization System
ETIAS can be used for the following purposes:
- tourism:visit your European friends and family, go on vacation, go sightseeing, explore tourist attractions, take a trip to Europe
- business:manage all business affairs, negotiate future contracts or cooperation, and travel on business
- transit:to reach your final destination through one of the Schengen area countries
- medical treatment:undergo medical treatment in Europe
Please note! Even though ETIAS allows performing business activities, it does not serve as a working permit.
If you haven’t registered yet, please register yourself first. After registering, proceed to log in to the panel.
Once you are logged in, navigate to the menu on the left side of the panel.
Select the “Visa Application Form” option from the menu.
- Fill an online application form: Provide your basic personal information, such as your name, address and passport details, in the form. Double check that each information is correct and move on to the next step.
- Make the payment:pay the ETIAS fee using your preferred online payment method.Choose from the various payment methods available when using our services.
- Check your email box:An approved ETIAS license will arrive in the applicant’s email inbox in PDF format within a maximum of 96 hours (4 business days).However, most applications are approved in just a few minutes.
The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has forced most European countries to impose additional travel requirements. One of these requirements is the filling out of passenger locator forms, which are health declarations completed by incoming travelers when traveling abroad.
The PLF acts as a security measure for the visiting country, providing essential health information and details about the traveler’s stay. They help mitigate the spread of Covid-19 cases and keep tourists and residents safe.

Necessary documents for ETIAS
All applicants need to meet the following ETIAS requirements:
- A valid passport will not expire during your trip
- digital photo of face (can be taken with phone camera or PC)

Important Information
- ETIAS visa exemption is not a regular visa
- all countries outside the EU that can enter Europe without a visa must apply for ETIAS
- ETIAS operates entirely electronically and facilitates the processing of necessary entry permits
- Each applicant must have a valid travel document to apply online
- A photo of the candidate's face can be taken using a phone camera or PC
- The ETIAS travel permit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and allows an unlimited number of visits to Europe.

Only EU countries can enter Europe without an ETIAS travel permit. To enter the Schengen Area from outside the European Union, travelers must apply for an ETIAS.
