Egypt e-Visa: Basic information
Egypt offers two different online visa types, see how they differ and which one will be best for you:
- Single-entry visa with a 30-day stay is valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of issue.You can only visit Egypt once during the validity period for tourism and business purposes.
- Multiple-entry visa with a stay of 30 days and expires six months from the date of issue.You can enter Egypt at any time during this period and stay there for up to 30 days.You can enter and exit the country as many times as you like within the six-month validity period.
Make sure you have a passport that has not expired for at least 6 months from your intended date of arrival in Egypt, regardless of the type of e-visa you choose.
The application process for the Egyptian e-Visa takes minutes to complete and can be done using any working device with an internet connection!
Submit your application at least seven days in advance of your travel to receive the necessary entry permit on time.
Begin by clicking on the “Login” button, which can be found in the menu on the right side of the screen.
If you haven’t registered yet, please register yourself first. After registering, proceed to log in to the panel.
Once you are logged in, navigate to the menu on the left side of the panel.
Select the “Visa Application Form” option from the menu.
Fill out this form with the required information. and follow these simple steps to complete the process:
- Fill the application form: provide some basic personal and travel details, such as your name, surname, birth date, passport details, and email address. Double-check if there are no errors and move on to the next step.
- Cover the Egypt e-Visa fees (either 69 or 99 Euro, depending on the selected type of entry permit) and see if you have received a confirmation number.

Before entering Egypt, make sure that you:

Please note:
Visa on arrival is available for Turkish citizens in the following circumstances only:
- Traveler enters Egypt by air
- Traveler is under 18 years of age or over 45 years
- Traveler has a permanent residence permit issued by Australia, Canada, USA, or an EU member state
Required documents for e-Visa
Citizens of eligible countries will be required to upload the following documents to their online visa application form:
- digital photo taken of the applicant's passport information page that will not expire for at least 6 months from the expected date of arrival in Egypt
- photo of candidate's face (can be taken with phone camera or PC)

Important Information
- Please ensure that your passport will be valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of entry into Egypt.
- Children also need an Egyptian e-Visa.
- Requests for travelers who are minors must be made by the minor's parent/guardian.
- Egypt's e-visa is valid for 90 or 180 days and allows entry for up to 30 consecutive days.
- Your Egypt e-Visa cannot be renewed.
- Citizens of Germany, Belgium, France, Portugal and Italy are not required to provide a passport; A valid ID card will suffice.
- Electronic visas do not allow employment or work in Egypt.
- Travel “for business purposes” in cooperation with an Egyptian company is permitted – not for direct employment.
- If your passport number changes, your online Egypt visa will be invalid.
